Fathers Day 2

This is the card I made for my Father In Law for Fathers day on Sunday. I used the same layout as the card I posted on Sunday keeping it CAS. This is another image from the bundle I bought from Digi Stamp Boutique. Again the image is coloured promarkers and I have added glossy accents to the plastic handles of the tools.

I've made a simple pocket card from 2 card blanks, I have used the image Flower Heart from Pink Gem for the front of my pocket I used the black outline version which I then coloured with my promarkers. After cutting it out I covered the whole heart in Glossy Accents. I have used some old papers from a Basic Grey pad adding a border cut with a woodware punch.

 

Here's the piece from inside of the pocket I made a small tab with a punched circle pushed some ribbon through it and used an eyelet to secure it. I have used the black version of the heart to make create a background and then typed a birthday poem over the top of it.

Fathers Day 1

Here's my card for my Dad for Fathers Day I loved this image the second I saw it absolutely perfect for my Dad, it came as part of a bundle from Digi Stamp Boutique,  I coloured it with my promarkers adding glossy accents to the screen. The sentiment is also from the same pack . I layered everything onto black card. Once it was all stuck together I decided it looked to plain  so I added some black lines with a fine liner which seem to draw the whole card together.

I have used this gorgeous digi from Saturated Canary to make my card this week colouring her with promarkers. The paper is from MME  Lost & Found 3 Oliver pad which I have teamed with Kraft card. I have again used my spellbinders border dies told you theses were going to be a regular feature on my cards. I've added a punched butterfly and some organza ribbon to fit in with our theme. The flowers are all from my stash and I added some frosted lace stickles to some of them for a little sparkle.

For my card I have used this cute image from our sponsor called Linda Spring 1, I have coloured her with my promarkers. My papers are from MME ( sorry can't remember which pad) and I have matted and layered them onto some dark grey card. I've dug out my much neglected paper flowers and put some different sized ones together with a METAL brad, added a die cut swirl instead of some leaves. The ribbon was is my stash not sure where it's from but think it's probably from Crafty Ribbons.

I made this card for my husband as today is our 18th Wedding Anniversary. I have used this fun image from Wee Stamps coloured with my promarkers, I added glossy accent to the bugs noses and silver liquid pearls to the little dots around the flowers. The papers are from MME Oliver pad which was still on my desk from last weeks card. I used my fiskers border punch for the grey strip across the card and added some small brads to the corners for a bit of interest. The heart was cut with a fiskers hand punch and the Love you sentiment was a papermania one that I have had for ages.
